Getting Started:

We offer both in-person and virtual therapy appointments, with scheduling flexibility whenever possible. Our office is located at 275 East Main Street, Suite 204, Mount Kisco, NY 10549, conveniently accessible from the Mount Kisco Metro-North train station.

We offer a complimentary 20-minute consultation by phone or video. This is an opportunity to ask questions, discuss what brings you to therapy, and explore whether our practice might be a good fit for your needs.

Fees & Insurance

Our standard fee begins at $250 for a 50–60 minute session.

We are an out-of-network practice, and depending on your insurance plan, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits. We can provide documentation to support reimbursement claims.

A limited number of reduced-fee appointments may be available. Please inquire about current availability.
